Staff was polite at the reception area. The location was indeed close to the city center.
The room was worn. The bathroom door needs mending because it swings open. The croissants were the only breakfast option. I did not see other healthy foods.

The location was very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful! i found free coffee and croissants in the morning. It was a nice touch. the coffee machine was available all day for warm drinks.
The car park cost £15 per day. it was quite a shock! the room looked a bit worn. previously the breakfast included pastries and yoghurt. Now it's just croissants.

i found a slight bit of dust on one surface, but it really wasn't much.

the reception staff was genuinely helpful. they offered unlimited hot drinks in the lobby, a nice plus. a short walk led me to the market with great selection. i felt very welcomed.

the location was superb, right next to the racecourse. i could easily walk to everything in the centre, a great convenience. the train station was only about 20 minutes away on foot. the area was excellent!

i've visited many times. i always make this hotel my go-to for visits. the hotel's closeness to the town centre is fantastic! the room was super clean, i really appreciated that, and the beds were so comfy. i was only there for one night. i didn't get a chance to use the fully equipped kitchen this time though.
honestly, the breakfast offering. it's a bit disappointing compared to what it used to be. a dry croissant and coffee just doesn't quite cut it.

The hotel provides free croissants in the morning, a really nice touch for a quick breakfast. Unlimited coffee is available at all times, super convenient. laundry facilities are available on the 3rd floor, washing and drying your clothes is easy.

the front desk staff are very friendly. they are super helpful with everything, especially finding your way around. reception is open 24 hours a day. staff are always available and very accommodating.

the location is very close to the town centre. free coffee and croissants were available in the morning. the room contained a toaster, oven, hob, and dishwasher.
the room was not very clean. the smoke alarm was next to the heating fan causing disturbances. a door next door was slamming frequently and loudly.

the location is great, it is next to the race course and city center.
i stayed for a couple of weeks and i needed cooking facilities, but the kitchen was poorly equipped. i was told my room would get cleaned only once in the middle of my stay, i think i should have been provided cleaning equipment but the cleaning supplies included only one sponge and some washing up liquid.
